P. O'B Montgomery & Company Purchases Brownsville TX Property for new Morrison Crossing Power Center

Dallas, TX: Dallas-based P. O'B Montgomery & Company recently completed the purchase of land for a new Power Center in Brownsville, Texas. The development, to be named Morrison Crossing, is located at the Northwest corner of SH 77/83 Expressway and Morrison Road in the growing Rio Grande Valley market. Phase 1 of the development, estimated at 250,000 square feet, will feature a 107,000 square Home Depot as its primary anchor along with a Home Depot Garden Center. Phase 1 will also feature junior anchor stores, along with a number of smaller retailers.   Key Personnel involved in the acquisiton were Jimmy Grisham for P. This is a key freeway location, and one of the few available in this market. The great access that the center will enjoy gives us a big edge over other centers in the Brownsville area." Located near Sunrise Mall, Super Walmart and Sam's Club, Morrison Crossing is located in a growth center of the Rio Grande Valley. Mr. Grisham added, " Residential growth on the north side of Brownsville is explosive.
