Bed Bath & Beyond Under Construction at Triangle Center in Longview, Washington

Dallas, TX: P. O'B Montgomery & Company has announced that a new 23,000 square foot Bed Bath & Beyond is under construction, as Kimco Longview LLC puts the finishing touches on its redeveloped Triangle Center in Longview, Washington. Kimco Longview LLC is a partnership of Dallas-based P. O'B Montgomery & Company and Kimco Realty Corporation of New York.

Bed Bath & Beyond and a 93,000 square foot Winco Foods supermarket, also under construction, are the final two anchors for the 366,000 square foot community shopping center, located at 15th and Ocean Beach Highway, in southwest Washington State. Ross Dress for Less, Petco and Michael's Arts & Crafts were completed earlier this year and are now open along with previously existing tenants Ace Hardware, Rite Aid Drug, Washington Mutual Bank and Applebee's.

David Irwin, Executive Vice President of P. O'B Montgomery & Company and a key participant in the development, noted, "We are very happy to add Bed Bath & Beyond to Triangle Center. With the addition of this tenant, the project is now 98% leased. I anticipate that both Bed Bath & Beyond and Winco Foods will open at Triangle Center this fall."

The project's final phase will be the addition of 15,000 square feet of retail space adjacent to Bed Bath & Beyond, including Sleep Country USA and several smaller retailers. Construction is expected to commence this summer.
