P. O'B Montgomery & Company Announces South Dallas Development of new Pinnacle Park Retail Center

Dallas, TX: Dallas-based P. O'B Montgomery & Company recently completed the purchase of land for a new Retail Center in the southern sector of Dallas, Texas. The development, to be named Pinnacle Park Shopping Center, is located at the Southwest corner of Interstate Highway 30 and Cockrell Hill Road in the expanding southern Dallas market. The development, estimated at 85,000 square feet, will feature a Best Buy, Ross Stores and Dollar Tree. Key Personnel involved in the acquisition were Jimmy Grisham for P. O'B Montgomery & Company and David Gleeson for L&B Realty Advisors, representing a major domestic pension fund.

According to Mr. Grisham, Executive Vice President of P. O'B Montgomery & Company, "The Pinnacle Park development is one of the great success stories of the southern sector of Dallas. With nearby major distribution facilities such as SBC Communications, Neiman Marcus, and Exxon, combined with growing retail and residential, retailers in Pinnacle Park Shopping Center have an expanding audience. There is a great demand for retail in the southern sector of Dallas ranging from area employees to new residents to those living in downtown Dallas or the Grand Prairie area, and this center will help fill that need." Located between Interstate 35E and Loop 12, the Pinnacle Park Shopping Center will enjoy a prime location adjacent to Wal-Mart Supercenter and Lowe's Supercenter in this growing retail destination, with excellent freeway access and strong visibility. The project contractor will be Hill and Wilkinson. The architect is slated to be Hodges and Associates. The civil engineer for the project will be Brockette, Davis & Drake.
