Dollar Tree and Petco Open at P. O'B Montgomery's Morrison Crossing

Dallas, TX: Dallas-based PO'B Montgomery & Company has announced the opening of Dollar Tree and Petco in Morrison Crossing, the premier new power center in Brownsville, Texas. Dollar Tree, the 10,000 square foot national retailer, will function as one of the anchors of the center, joining a 15,300 square foot Petco, which opened in November, 2005, Home Depot and Academy Sports as the lynchpins of the dynamic development. Morrison Crossing is located at the Northwest corner of SH 77/83 Expressway and Morrison Road in the growing Rio Grande Valley market.

Phase 1 of the development, entailing 200,000 square feet, has completed construction, with tenants now in the process of taking possession of their spaces. The center will also feature a number of smaller retailers to complement the anchor stores.

Located near Sunrise Mall, Super Walmart and Sam's Club, Morrison Crossing is located in a growth center of the Rio Grande Valley.
